4) LG X110-L.A7W1A2
1 GB Ram, 160 GB HDD, Intel Atom Processor N270, 1.6GHz,10” screen, Free Windows XP Home.
5) Asus Eee PC 1000H
1 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD,10” screen Intel Atom Processor , 1.3 MP Camera. Free Windows XP.
All of these laptops are in the range of 20k to 30 k. Contact a local dealer to find your piece. However if I am asked I would recommend the Acer Aspire as I have personally used it and it happens to be an amazing laptop. Further it has also got a bonus point. Most of the chargers fit into it too.

acer 4736z .. is super !!
its within budget and has ample of features !
the one which comes wid vista preloaded mite b around 33k, but some dealers have a linux installed version, which can cost around 29k ( i got it fr 28700 after bargain!!)
