The University of Delhi’s new academic session starts generally in the month of July every year and the applications and prospectus are available since late March and early April. The selection criterion and tests are generally taken during the months of May and June. On 25th June, the Delhi University’s second cut off list was declared. As in the earlier week, the DU cut off list for 2010 was announced on its official website. While colleges like SRCC has brought the cut off for its B.Com Hons course from 95.25 % to 94.75 %, the all famous Hindu College has reduce it from 95.75 % to 94.5 %. The marks continue to soar when compared to that of the earlier years and the seats are also quickly filled just after the first cut off was announced. It can also be noted that admissions at various prestigious colleges for many top notch courses have already been closed.
The third cut off is still expected to be announced in the beginning of July month. The academic year will start after second week of July.
