The FIFA World Cup’s second day match will be between the super powers- United States and England at 8.30 p.m. local time. Both the squads are in the World Cup for the very first time since the year 1950. This is surely one of the most anticipated match ups at the first round in FIFA 2010 World Cup.
Rustenburg city will be hosting the match between the two teams today with the capacity of 38,646 viewers at its Royal Bafokeng Stadium. This match will close the matches of the FIFA second day.
With 13 World Cup performances, the team of England has managed just a single World Cup Championship in the year 1966 hosted by the English team. Also, the United States has a somehow disappointing appearance in the World Cup 2006. But it is believed that both the teams are in high morale and spirit to prove that they are second to none when it comes to playing football.
