The second ODI will be played between England and India. The last game at one point of time looked in the favor of the Indian team till rains came and eventually washed out the whole game. Notwithstanding the point that the game was washed, Indian has various plus points to take in next game.
It offered some nice practice to India with its openers doing nice. This is the greatest plus for Indian team. Virat Kohli came up with a nice performance and gained 53 runs. He is indeed an amazing batsman who when gets going, no one can beat him. In absence of Yuvraj Singh and Virendra Sehwag, Virat Kohli is among some dependable batsmen that can be banked upon by Dhoni.
Apart from Suresh Raina, Mahendra Singh Dhoni also scored over 30 runs. Batting has served as the plus point of the Indian team and his batsmen are now able to offer a great score of about 300 runs or even more. So far, the Indian team has lost all games against England apart from three practice matches against Kent, Liecestershire and Sussex.
Tendulkar meanwhile has been ruled out from the ODI series thus providing more blow to Indian team. Most of top players of their team like Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj, Sehwag, Zaheer and Gautam Gambhir are out due to some fitness and health reasons.
