Apple has still not announced the new iPhone 5, but we are safely assuming that we’ll have one this year definitely. We have discussed a lot about the iPhone 5, but to round it up all, here is a small preview about the iPhone 5.
Though iPhone 5 will have more or less the same appearance of the iPhone 4S, but there will be some of the noticeable changes. The major difference is the 4” display with the 16:9 aspect ratio, centered FaceTime camera in front, minimized dock connector as well as metallic plate on the back. The jack measuring 3.5 mm has been relocated to the bottom. If you thought that design would remain the same, you need to go back in time and have a look at the previous models. It seems like Apple is forwarding inch by inch towards perfection! iPhone 5 design has been considered “iconic.”
Miniature Dock Connector
The iPhone 5 is expected to have the miniature version of the dock connector. Actually with the newer technologies coming up, Apple is planning on saving all the space and adjust the battery for that space. It is rumored that the new dock port will also feature MagSafe-style connector, similar to the MacBook range of laptops. Some people dream of having ThunderBolt in there, but there are still the ones who wish that theur older dock accessories are compatible and functional with the iPhone 5.
4G LTE Networking
It is learned that the iPhone 5 will also have 4G LTE networking. Last year, Apple included changes such as A5 processor, 64 GB storage as well as 512 MB RAM. This year however it seems that it will equip the iPhone 5 with LTE networking which is likely to make your phone smarter and sharper along with the functionality of speed.
So, iPhone 5 will definitely be better than the existing model of iPhone, that’s for sure! Let’s see what happens. We just need to wait until September 12, 2012 where the iPhone 5 will be officially launched. Let us bear in mind that Apple might call it anything else as well instead of iPhone 5!
