It is supposed to be deadlier this time. The danger level has been tripled and the macho Akshay Kumar has been replaced with the Stunning Priyanka Chopra who will lead the 13 men through the season’s most tough and deathly challenges.
The 13 men who have taken up the gauntlet comprise the biggest names from sports, entertainment and other popular realms. Apparently they refuse to be intimidated by either Priyanka or the tasks.
The season would be shot in the spectacular region of Copacabana in Brazil and the celebrity participants are all upbeat about it. The show did have its own share of controversy when BCCI refused to honour the contract Colors had inked with the out-going (read: ousted) IPL President Lalit Modi.
Apparently, Colors had signed a 100 crore deal with IPL to provide IPL related entertainment during the IPL Season. As a part of this year’s entertainment stint, the hotshots of the cricket world were to perform the adrenaline rushing tasks. But BCCI refused on account of the physical safety of the players.
Nevertheless, the show is all set to launch its third edition in full galore. Stay tuned to watch the ring master Priyanka leading her 13 men.
