**** GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT **This is not a good phone ….Customer service is very very poor … IF you call the noida call center number they will just disconnect the call without solving the issue. No response to e-mail also.
*** I own Lava A10 . just 55 days old .. the touch is not working, i went to the lava service station in chennai** great shock ** I saw another old uncle having the same issue fighting wit the service man. I asked the service guy he said this Mobil has this issue so will fix it once they got stock from lava & asked me to call him after 10 days he refuse to take my cell. Then I visited coimbatore lava care finally they said ok will fix it & will call me for delivery this happen on 2/8/2011 till now the my cell is in the service shop coimbatore. **** don buy this cell .. not reliable …not trust worthy customer care.. Lava mobiles are complete waste of money. I have used Lava mobiles and believe me these are the worst mobiles you can go for. The service support is worst in comparision to any other service provider (and i am saying this even after using Micromax). My mobile started showing problems from 2nd month itself and it is now with the service centre for more than 1 month but still the service is not done. Over and above this the service support engineer give patheric response. So please do not buy Lava mobiles even though they are bundled wiht lots of features, whats the use if the mobile is not reliable and has pathetic service support. You will definitely be sorry if you buy it.
