Just before 2 Weeks of RAil Budget Railway Minister Mamta banerjee Gifted 12 Trains to UP ( Uttar Pradesh). UPA (United Progressive Alliance ) Sonia Gandhi and Rail Minister Mamta Banerjee jointly flagged off these trains today. They also announced extension of 7 existing trains too. 
UPA Chairman Sonia Gandhi said in Public rally that its first time after a long go that Govt. have given that many trains to any particular State.
Out of these 12 New trans couple of Duranto Express Trains and Couple of Shatabdi Express. In these 12 there is one train for Mumbai-Gorakhpur as well for which Shiv Sena was already opposing.
Full List of 12 New Trains in UP
The new trains are Lucknow-New Delhi Duronto, Kanpur-New Delhi Shatabdi Express, , Allahabad-New Delhi Duronto, Varanasi-Jammu Tawi Superfast, Gorakhpur-Lokmanya Tilak Terminal Express, Agra-Lucknow Intercity, Mathura-Kasganj Passenger, Lucknow-Yashwantpur Express, Bhopal-Pratapgarh Express, Gorakhpur-Noutha Passenger and Chapra-Mathura Express, Gorakhpur-Nainital Express.
