Time seems to be running in a reverse direction for the director Ram Gopal Verma. Still, the director has tried to add freshness with a punch of powerful storyline. Starring a number of stars like Suriya, Vivek Oberoi, Shatrughan Sinha, Priyamani, Radhika Apte, Sudeep, Ajaz Khan, Subrat Dutta, Zareena Wahab, Tanikella, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Kitty and others, Rakta Charitra 2 is a sequel of the Rakta Charitra 1 and provides a gripping story.
No doubt the first part of the movie was boring and people did not like it much, but Ramu seems to have done a quite commendable job in the sequel. The movie takes hold of the audience right from the first scene and within the second half audience are taken into a package of force and voltage by a few great performances.
As far as the music of the movie is concerned, it is tailor-made to be situational rather than commercial. A few songs are kept same from the Rakta Charitra 1. Consequently, the music is not the USP of the movie and the songs might not be too influential and hit with the masses.
The movie might turn out to be a hit on the box office because it provides impeccable masterpiece and content to the audience. We would rate Rakt Charitra 2 with a star rating of 3.5 out of 5 and just hope things turn out to be good and positive for Ram Gopal Verma with this sequel.
