Tamil Actor Murali dies of heart attack

8th Spetember, 2010: 46 year old Tamil actor Murali, son of famous Kannada director G.Siddalingiah left for his heavenly abode today. His family stated the cause of death to be a heart attack. He had a chest pain in the morning after which he was declared to be brought dead.

A popular actor of the south, he acted in over 100 films. He made his debut in the Tamil film “Poovilangu”, directed by Ameerjhan in the year 1984. Since then he was a much sought after actor. He gave many hits in the 90s, the time when he gained the maximum fan following and the popularity. Tamil film fans remember him for his notable performance in the hit movies like ‘Sundara Travels’, ‘ Idhayam’, ‘Pudu Vasantham’, ‘ Kadai Pookkal’ and ‘Porkalam’. His latest film ‘ Kavasam’ would be released this week, as said by the family. He even campaigned for AIADMK in 2006 assembly elections. He is survived by his wife Shobha, daughter Kaavya and sons Adharva and Akash. His son, Adharva recently made his film debut with ‘ Baana kathadi’. A heartfelt condolences for the family of Murali.
