The much awaited Uttar Pradesh board 12th result is being announced today. Results will be published shortly on the official UP Board site http://upresults.nic.in/ . Students can enter their roll number to get the result. It was informed in the site that the results will be published on 27 May 2010 , 1200 PM but now the time is extended up to 1230 PM. Be patient and aware of the heavy load in results portal.
Uttar Pradesh Board of High School & Intermediate Education is the authority to conduct the X and XII class examinations in Uttar Pradesh. The board was started its functioning from the year 1922. In the state of Uttar Pradesh some secondary schools are being governed by the Indian Council of School Education (ICSE) and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), but most of the Secondary schools seek recognition of the UP Board. At present there are 9121 secondary schools are recognized by the UP Board of High School and Intermediate Education. The head office is located at Allahabad.
It is to remember that the results published in the net can contain error and is for immediate information only. Students are advised to verify their marks with the official hard copy issued from the respective Institution/board/university.
